Delivery and Returns
All our deliveries are made using Cyprus next-day delivery service for Cyprus orders and Cyprus Post Office International Signed For for overseas.
Delivery Prices:
Are set and managed by Paypal according to your order total amount.
Delivery Timescales:
Our courrier service for order within Cyprus will deliver on the same or next working day.
For overseas orders, Cyprus Post Office will dispatch on the same or next working day. Please note that duty may apply. When making an order as a customer you accept the responsibility to cover duty costs if applicable. Import duty regulations are different in most countries. It is best to check whether duty applies at all and if so what the cost would be.
Bomba design values your security, and so to safeguard this a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. Post service will attempt delivery on one occasion and will leave a calling card, with which you will need to respond within 7 working days. If no response is made the goods will be returned to us and a redelivery charge will apply.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please post the items back to us at: Bomba Design, Agiou Louka 3, 1040, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Items must be returned in perfect condition together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, we strongly advise you package the items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Items are returned at your expense, this does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage costs incurred with your order are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to dispatch.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will advise you how to proceed.
Please also keep in mind that our products are all or partly handmade and that this means that slight imperfections may occur and that this contributes to the unique nature of each individual product.

Bomba design holds total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by bomba design to the customer. Bomba design shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Bomba design by statute. Bomba design cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website. Bomba design does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Bomba design your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of an email order corfirmation and dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.
