Payment & Shipping

Is VAT included in prices quoted and are there any hidden charges?

Yes VAT is already included at the Cyprus rate of 19% and there are no hidden charges! You only pay for your product and delivery.

How is payment processed and who handles my card details?

We conduct all payment transactions via PayPal Website Payment Standard We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. This way your payment is secure, and we never even get to see your bank details or any personal payment information. We can also accept telephone orders and payment using credit cards over the phone. Please contact us on (+357)99836276 on normal shop hours or to arrange a telephone conversation.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay for my purchase?

No you don´t need a Paypal account to make a payment! When you get to the payment screen click on the button labelled 'if you do not have a Paypal account click here' and then follow the instructions for payment without Paypal account. If you already have a Paypal account then just login with your username and password and follow the instructions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally! Just drop us a line at mail@bomba-design.com with your address and products you 'd like to purchase and we 'll get an exact shipping quote for your order. Should you choose to proceed with purchase we will arrange shipping!

What are the shipping charges and how will my order be delivered?

For orders within Cyprus we use a local, fast and reliable courier service which is insured, includes a tracking number so you can trace your package and requires a signature on delivery. Your package will be delivered to a pick up point that is most convenient for you, or we can arrange home delivery for a small additional fee.

Bomba design is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable. If an item is returned to us as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances we are unable to offer any refund on your order, but delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you. Please note that Bomba design cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been handed to the Post Office for delivery to overseas locations.

I have placed my order and completed the payment process, what happens now?

We will email you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm all your order details are correct and we will then proceed with shipping your order. If our details are not correct, please email us within 24 hours, otherwise we will proceed with shipping the order. Orders are shipped within 2 working days from the day of payment, unless otherwise stated on our confirmation email. We will then notify you when your order is in the post and provide you with a post office reference number (note: this is not a tracking number, it is used for finding your order in case of severe delay).

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at mail@bomba-design.com within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged in any way or that the packaging has been opened. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

The item and the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage or our courier service. This way you will be able to check when it has been received by us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.
